“My father, Don Sager, started the company in 1969. He was a hard worker. He loved people, he loved his job, and he loved his family. Being on several different community boards, Dad was a trusted leader in Shenandoah County. He knew everyone in town and everyone knew him. I can remember sitting on my Dad’s lap at his desk, going through his desk drawer and looking at all the fun stuff in there.
Those are great memories for me.”
